SCREENSHOT & RECORDING PROHIBITION (LEGAL COMPLIANCE CONTRACT)

Our platform enforces maximum visual privacy controls. **Capturing screenshots, utilizing system screen recorders, sharing screens, or facilitating any third-party recording of member files, text chats, or call feeds is strictly prohibited.** Any violation will trigger immediate account bans, forfeiture of all wallet earnings and credits, and severe prosecutorial action under privacy and cyberharassment laws.

1. Acceptance of Terms & EULA

By registering an account on our mobile app or visiting richbengali.com, you enter into a legally binding contract (EULA) with our platform. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our matching, call, and billing systems.

2. Age Mandate & Strict Profile Verifications

Our platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register. To verify eligibility and prevent fraud:

  • Creator Accounts & Female Hosts: Mandatory identity verification must be completed by submitting real, legible photographic identification cards. Creator profiles failing auditing verification are suspended from wallet payout eligibility immediately.
  • Content Rules: Profile pictures and bios must be free of obscene imagery, commercial solicitations, or fraudulent representation. We enforce strict auditing on uploaded photo libraries.

3. Matchmaking monetization, Subscription Terms & Dynamic Wallet Billing

Our service integrates Stripe billing systems to manage payments, subscriptions, and payouts under strict conditions:

FOR MALE USERS (Premium Subscriptions & Wallet Consumption):

  • Premium plans (weekly/monthly) processed via Stripe authorize automatic recurring billing charges until cancelled. Cancellation must be requested inside profile settings before active billing dates.
  • Refilling wallet balances grants credits consumed dynamically on a per-minute basis during voice and video calls.
  • If your wallet balance drops to zero during a call, the communication channel is terminated immediately. Refund requests for wallet balances or subscriptions are processed strictly at compliance panel discretion.

FOR FEMALE HOSTS (Wallet Accruals & Payout Thresholds):

  • Receiving calls accrues wallet earnings depending on minute connection durations.
  • Payout requests are processed only after reaching minimum clearance thresholds. Accounts must remain fully validated and verification compliant during payout cycles.
  • Any detection of coordinated call spoofing, emulator exploitation, or identity sharing leads to immediate account ban and complete forfeiture of earnings.

4. State-of-the-Art Anti-Screenshot Legal Penalties

We employ strict system blocks on iOS and Android to prevent image leaks. Any bypass of software controls or external duplication of user interactions is classified as a severe privacy violation.

IF A MEMBER ATTEMPTS TO RECORD OR LEAK PRIVATE STREAMS:
Their account will be instantly closed, and outstanding funds or credits will be permanently forfeited. Additionally, **we will provide their registration identifiers, IP blocks, phone metadata, bank routing numbers, and device footprints to regional law enforcement and data protection regulators to seek damages and pursue criminal harassment and privacy breach charges under international statutes.**

5. Automatic Communication Safeguards

We implement automatic filters to block dispatch of phone numbers, email addresses, social accounts, and links. Attempting to bypass these blocks, sharing contact information to bypass platform tools, or engaging in harassment is a direct breach of contract and triggers immediate profile suspensions.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Our service provides matchmaking, WebSocket communication channels, and peer call capabilities "as is". We hold no liability for member behavior outside software systems, platform disconnections, or network disruptions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its developers, and stakeholders from any damages arising from your usage of our software.
